Relationship Manager

Job Description:
Perform all activities in achieving sales targets in the field of increase customer number, increase third party funds, cash management and other fee-based income as well as Net Interest Income achievement with a quality service.

Requirements:
• Male or female, maximum 35 years old
• Experience in marketing funding for 3 years in banking, either retail and business segments
• Having Islamic and Islamic banking insight
• Active / passive English proficiency
• Having good and interesting communication and presentation skills
• Likes work with the target and establish a good relationship with customers and prospective customers
• Having an extensive network and target oriented

Remuneration Benefit Analys Officer

Job Description:
• Handle the administration and management of remuneration and benefits
• Support the development, implementation and periodic review of compensation and benefits programs
• Ensure current C&B programs meet the company's objectives and are competitive with the relevant market
• Manage and monitor payroll activities
• Participate in annual salary survey and analyze survey data results to ensure market competitives
• Support performance evaluation process so as to be in line wtih performance management guideline and the set timeline

Qualification:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
• At least 5 years of working experience in remuneration and benefit field especially Banking area
• Must be familiar with Mercer / Tower Watson / Hay job evaluation & salary survey
• Good English and computer skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Able to handle pressure, tight deadlines, work individual and also team.
