Overall Purpose:
Confidently and knowledgeably provide the full suite of DHL customer service offerings (e.g booking, enqueries, shipment status, tracking etc.) to all parties contacting DHL via customer service hotline and other contact modes.
Requirements:
• University degree, with minimum GPA 3.00, fresh graduates are welcome
• At least 2 years experience in Customer Contact or Telesales Environment in a service industry (preferably)
• Possess a high level of intelligence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work in a team
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Telephone skills (excellent)
• Conflict resolution skills (excellent)
• Technical skills (telephone and order booking systems preferably)
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook Mail)
• Willing to work as temporary staff for beginners
• Working location: Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta
