Candidates who pass the selection will be a program participant Frontliner and undergo training for 1 year at BCA. After graduating from Frontliner program, participants will be directly appointed as permanent employees as frontliner BCA.

Requirements:
• Male / Female look attractive
• Maximum age 25 years
• Graduate Diploma III (D3) or Bachelor (S1) with minimum GPA 2.50 (scale 4.00)
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Has a height and weight proportionate
• Friendly and able to communicate well
• Never engage drug and other illegal
• Liking the work related to banking services
• Maximum age 25 years
• Not married and willing to not get married during the education
• Willing to undergo bond department after education
