Recruitment Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Consolidating the plan needs employees in each division and set priorities according to the needs of the company so it is important that a priority position can be filled quickly.
• Coordinate the screening and selection process of prospective employees with methods / tools and the proper placement in the company to ensure that employees have the skills and competence is accepted in accordance with the needs of the position they occupy.
Qualification:
• Preferably majoring in Psychology
• Minimum 3 years experience in the field of HR Recruitment
• Mastering Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
• Mastering the techniques of interview
• To be honest, workmanlike, diligent and able to work under pressure
• An understanding of test tools
Manager Engineering
Requirements :
• Male
• 35 - 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry,prefer PMA Manufacturing
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Food Manufacturing Process
• Create project plan facilities, maintenance, operation and equipment for new plan
• Having ability to planning, arranging, monitoring and making report of all activities which related to engineering department
• Required skill AutoCad.
