Hutama Karya (PERSERO) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang konstruksi. Perusahaan ini berawal dari perusahaan swasta Hollandsche Beton Maatschappij (HBM) milik Hindia-Belanda yang dinasionalisasi pada tahun 1961 menjadi PN Hutama Karya dan berubah nama menjadi PT Hutama Karya pada tahun 1973.

Requirements:
• Graduate in Civil Engineering / Legal (Bachelor Degree / S1)
• Maximum age 40, with minimum 3 years experience as Contract Administration in Civil project.
• Preferably have a certified expertise of Project Management and Supply Chain Management (procurement of goods and services).
• Able to evaluate the Contract Administration
• Monitoring activities capable of Contract Administration (Claim, invoices, accounts receivable, vendor payables, reporting, evaluation of the contract) to support the operation of the project
• Willingness to work conditions of strict & stationed in remote areas.
• Fluent English (oral & Written)
Investment Analyst (Code: IA)
Requirements:
• Graduate in Civil Engineering (Bachelor Degree / S1)
• Maximum age 35, with minimum 3 years experience as Financial Analyst for Development Planning Roads.
• As a Financial Analyst Development Planning Roads / Bridges equivalent Toll Road
• Understanding and being able to analyze aspek2 investment planning investment in highways

• As Highway & Traffic Engineering Roads / Bridges equivalent Toll Road
• Have integrity, adaptability, communication skills, thoroughness and professional in his field and work as a team work
• Understanding and being able to plan calculates highway and traffic road & bridge
General Requirements:
• Must have good communication skills, patience and meticulous in their work.
• Must have basic knowledge of basic mathematics and knowledge of operations and procedures in the field.
• Must be able to identify and neutralize all the risks that exist, and can be well organized in order to convey the estimated logically and clearly.
• Must be able to make the construction schedule, understand and be able to use the system as well as the cost of the work the company understands that there is a contractual relationship.
• Must be able to build a successful strategy in the auction and negotiation phases of the project, is able to overcome the limits of time and the most important is to have a high standard of conduct as an estimator.
