Bancassurance Sales support staff

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Prepare and generate intermal & external reports (Sales Performance BI. escrow, BPPDAN, Maypark)
• Complain handling & respond to inquiries from business partners and coordinate with internal team (Sales, Underwriting Claims, Operations, Finance) to handle the inquiries.
• Issue insurance certificate and distribute to business partners
• Prepare sales incentive report for internal and external sales team and coordinate with HR & Finance for the payment
• Handle logistics for Bancassurance (business trip, training. campaign. marketing collateral)
• Monitor premium payment & outstanding premium
• Bancassurance Expense reconciliation
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience In the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc or equivalent
• Full-Time position(s) available
