Call Centre Officer
Responsibilities:
• Opportunity to learn and get familiar with the whole aspects of bank's products and processes
• Opportunity to learn and enhance communication and problem solving skills via direct interaction with customers

• Call Centre Officer will receive, handling and resolve calls from customers in regards to inquiry, request or complaint related to credit card, personal loan or banking products.
The requirements are:
• Willing to work in shift schedule, highly motivated with excellent interpersonal skill
• Good to advanced English skills & computer literate
• Call centre experience or experience in serving customers in other hospitality industry
• Diploma/ Bachelor degree from any major
Service Quality Officer
Responsibilities:
Responsible in monitoring calls performed by the call centre agents to ensure that quality standards are being met and conduct audit for call centre processes. Ensure agents are complying with the company rules and regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree from any major with min. GPA 3.00
• Experienced as call centre in banking Industry or previous call centre quality monitoring experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
• Detail oriented, good analytical and problem solving skill
• Intermediate level of computer knowledge (Word and Excel)
• Good to advance English skill
