Management Trainee (Technician) - Semarang
Responsibilities:
You will be trained, developed intensively and be involved hands in project to become future leaders of the company to deal with competitive business environment.
Job Qualification:
• Male, maximum 30 years old
• At least a Diploma's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.00 from reputable University
• Fresh graduate / experience in electrical or mechanical field
• Excellent Computer literate is a must (Ms. Office)
• Good in English both spoken and written will be an advantage
• Highly driven and motivated to build a quality career with an established poultry industry company
• Have an excellent analytical thinking, great ethic work, and professionalism
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Have an initiative, team-working abilities, and leadership potensial
• Willing to undergo training at PT. Malindo Feedmill, Tbk chosen for at least 1 (one) year
• Willing to travel and ready to be placed all around Indonesia (Semarang)
• Able to work in shift
