Technical Services Engineer (TS) - Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Implement and manage agreed technical support services to customers in the Indonesia area as per the contractual agreements.
Identify the drill and blast improvement projects in key customer’s mine sites and solutions to improve them. Manage their implementation by delivering to the agreed outcomes.
Identify the opportunities to implement value in use products bulk delivery systems and bulk emulsion technology at Key customer sites and demonstrate their value through practical measurements.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
At least 2 years experience Engineer in Drill and Blast Department
Good communication skills and technical knowledge
Hold POP certificate is beneficial

Operational Manager (OM) - Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia

Responsibilities:

To provide company business units with expert technical decisions, information and advice on product to meet existing and future market needs
To use company blasting expertise to the best advantage of the company and its stakeholders by applying blasting expertise to the various company business units in a professional manner
To cement strategic relationships and optimize business returns for both company and customers thus ensuring company credibility and competitive edge in the market place

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least S1 of Mine/Civil Engineering or any related major
Minimum 3 years experience in technical, production or business area in explosive, mining or similar industry
Good communication skills in English, as the incumbent is required to communicate with clients
Computer literacy with reporting experience
Hold Blaster Competency and POP will be advantage

Site Manager (SM) - Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Ensure all project activities achieve the require performance in HSE and policies
Effective development of a solid professional working relationship with all related customer and support contractors
Provide input to the operational team and manage as required to ensure operability of proposed facility and operational plans

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Technical Field / Engineering, Mining Engineering is an advantage
At least 5 years of similar industry experience
Hold valid POP and POM Certification
Hold Blaster Competency (KJL)

HSEQ Manager (HSEQM) - Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with applicable HMSI HSEQ Performance Standards, as well as applicable acts and regulations
Assist Director in complying with Regulatory requirements
Assist site to meet their customer requirements in providing safe and quality services and products by applying safety management system

Requirements:

HSEQ or Engineering degree with 3 or 5 years experiences in OHS & Q System
Having experience to set up and manage HSE related management such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and other HSEQ Management System

Field Supervisor (FS) - Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Control and manage all field activities and workers in mine site operation including MMU operation, handling explosives products and Drilling & Blasting activities.
Coordination and manage requests from clients and support for field area
Coaching for any trouble caused by lower quality, work or person and organize the better operation

Requirements:

Minimum Senior High School
Preferable had minimum 3 years experience as Field Supervisor in Mining or Blasting Company
Certificate of Blasting Competency is beneficial(KJL)
Hold a driving license, B2 Driving License is preferred(SIM B2)
Have experience to operate most type of heavy equipment is being used in Mine operation
Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan

Safety Officer (SO) - Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Outline safe operational practices & procedures to the general workplace and ensure/control all operational activities following company’s safety policies, regulations and guidelines
Report work-site and environment accident or hazards and performing risk assessment
Doing safety induction for new employee
Organizing and carrying out K3 Programs in accordance with regulations
Manage for the emergency procedures, K3 SOP, Safety Policies
Involve in all accident/ incident/ near miss investigations, and complete all reports for records
Responsible for periodic inspections, prepare inspection or safety reports for client and company as required
Responsible for maintain document, permit, daily or monthly report

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in D3 – Health & Safety, Public Health or any related major
Preferable had minimum 5 year experience as Safety Officer in Mining or Blasting or Explosive Company
Age minimum 30 years old
Having Ahli K3 Umum certificate is a must
Having P2K3 certificate is beneficial
Having experience to set up and manage HSE related management such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and other HSE Management System
Strong knowledge of HSE legal & Standard
Good leadership skill and communication skill
Able to use computer software (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook)
Willing to be placed in East Kalimantan

Shotfire (SF) - Hanwha Mining Services Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Carry out Field tasks within the agreed budgetary constraints and company authority limitations
Effective development of a solid professional working relationship with all related customer and support contractors personnel.
Provide input to the operational team, and manage as required to ensure operability of proposed facilities and operational plans.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the regulatory standards and permitting process.

Requirements:

Min. 2 years experience as Shotfire / Blaster
Hold KJL and KIM
