Job Description:

Provide data for financial report
Provide data for tax report
Ensure the aging payable in accordance with the companies targets
Preparing the data for payment and completed the payment to the supplier

Requirement:
Preferable having tax knowledge

Legal & GA Spv (S1 degree in Law) - Siam Maspion Terminal

Job Description:

Handling legal issue (Permit and contract)
Maintain relationship with community & government
Handling general facility of company

Requirement:

Experience at least 3 – 5 years as legal & GA
Able to draw up a draft of contract

QSSHE Manager (Degree in Engineering of Health and Safety) - Siam Maspion Terminal

Job Description:

Responsible and manage of QSSHE operational
Promote safety awareness and safe performance
Conduct regular safety inspections / assessments on-site and at key off-site subcontractor locations
Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts - Keep site management apprised of significant safety issues, safety alerts and plans / progress
Advise site team of safety initiatives, issues, challenges, and incident investigations / follow-up
Communicate safety initiatives, achievements, experiences, and issues from other sites and projects with site team

Requirement:

Experience 3-5 years as Safety at Oil & Gas Company
Familiar with SMK3 / OHSAS and CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System)
Understand Safety and Environmental Regulation
Knowledge of HSE Procedures
Knowledge of HAZOP workshops, Fire & & Explosion Analysis, Fire
Identify Safety Critical Element & Performance Standards
Identify Design Requirements for Safety System
Excellent managerial skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills

General Requirement:

Male & Female
GPA min 3.00
Preferable have experience 0–3 years & 3-5 years for Operation, QSSHE Manager & Legal & GA Spv)
Age Maximum 25 years old & Max 45 years for Operation & QSSHE Manager
Good communicate in English both verbal & writing
Able to operate computer minimum Microsoft office
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Willing to work at Gresik – East Java

Salary Range:
Position 1 – 6: As Negotiable
