Perusahaan ini menghasilkan Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) and Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) resin di bawah lisensi dari Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. Saat ini Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia adalah produsen terbesar dari PTA di Indonesia.
Sementara di bisnis PET, operasi komersial Rencana PET dimulai pada tahun 1995 dengan kapasitas awal 52.000 MT per tahun. Setelah proyek optimasi proses, efektif dari tahun 2005, kapasitas pabrik telah meningkat menjadi 700.000 MT per tahun untuk PTA dan 58.000 MT per tahun untuk PET. Total investasi berdiri di USD 610 Juta dengan Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation sebagai pemegang saham mayoritas tunggal.

IT System Development Supervisor
Responsibility:
The Information Technology Supervisor has the primary responsibility to assist Information Technology Section Manager/Ass section Manager in make planning, budgeting, analysis, monitoring, controlling, and implementation to create effectively and efficiency operational in system development as information technology function.
Requirement:
- Male / Female (Max 40 Year Old)
- S1 Information Technology
- At least 5 year(s) working experience in the related field is required
- English active
- Experience WebSphere, Net framework, IIS, Java, Net, C++
- Experience in Performance Tuning, Data Fixing and Workload Automation.
- cIt will be Advantages if Experience with DB, OS, and Web monitoring tools, Certification in relevant technology areas ( SQL , Oracle, ITIL, Six Sigma or similar certification)
- Strong technical knowledge in developing, testing and supporting applications in SQL, MySQL, PHP, ORACLE.
- Database Experience with advanced SQL Skills
- Experience with LINUX , UNIX and Windows OS
- Good analytical skill and Experience with ITIL, COBIT and ticket Workflows
- Ability to participate/make recommendations in capacity planning activities.
- Ability to research solutions to various business and technical problems, evaluate
- Analyze current processes and help to identify process improvements.
- Capable to write design specification and system integration test documentation
- Conduct performance tuning and build automation.
- Define and implement alert management rules.
- Detect and resolve problems via Root Cause Analysis and research.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing logs in Application
- Experience with production support processes such as incident/change/problem management, call trialing and escalation procedures
- Experience with software testing methodology
- Perform exports, backups and data extracts as required from different environments
- Strong analytical skill to analyze code, understand business rules and trace data following the process flow to investigate data related issues. Alternatives and be able to present recommendations and justifications to management.
- Understand Database management.
