Aqua Danone adalah sebuah merek air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK) yang diproduksi oleh PT Aqua Golden Mississippi di Indonesia sejak tahun 1973. Selain di Indonesia, Aqua juga dijual di Singapura. Aqua adalah merek AMDK dengan penjualan terbesar di Indonesia dan merupakan salah satu merek AMDK yang paling terkenal di Indonesia.
Saat ini, terdapat 14 pabrik yang memproduksi Aqua dengan kepemilikan berbeda-beda (10 pabrik dimiliki oleh PT Tirta Investama, 3 pabrik dimiliki oleh PT Aqua Golden Mississippi, dan pabrik di Brastagi, Sumatera Utara dimiliki oleh PT Tirta Sibayakindo).

Hospital Account Executive - Jakarta
Job Description:
• Plans and executes sales activities, inculding development of key account strategies.
• Develops and maintains consultative sales relationship with all customer buying influences within the account's organization providing valueadded solutions.
• Develops and maintain a high level of product knowledge of Danone Aqua and competitive products.
• Develops proposal and price quotations for a variety of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, biomedical engineers and administrators.
• Maintain complete knowledge for each account's current and longterm purchase plans and objectives, keeping management of all changes in plans, objectives and key buying influences.
Works with Clinical Education Specialits to maximize Danone Aqua's sales objective for success in assigned key account.
• Establish effective relationship and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc) to address key business issues and opportunities.
• Attend clinical meetings, seminars, and tradeshows as appropropriate.
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Sales for Medical Environment or Hospital Account Executive or Medical representative in respective compnaies.
• Have strong relationship with key decision maker in Health Care Professional.
• Understand the rules and ethical in Indonesia rules and law.
• Strong conceptive and consultative strategic selling skills a must.
• Direct selling experience of medical devices in competitive strategyintensive market.
• Experience in negotiations with executive administartion levels. i.e. CFO, CIO, CEO, or CMO.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans.
• Relationship management strategy development, problem solving, and change management skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time.
• Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Preferably Staff (nonmanagement & nonsupervisor)s specializing in Sales Retail / General or equivalent.

Job Description:
• Manage all activities related to corporate services area in term of purchasing process to achieve the company budget.
• Evaluate supplier performance in terms of cost, quality, delivery, business security, and innovation.
• Ensure good delivery materials from supplier (non comformity).
• Seek ideas regarding productivity to contribute more saving for company.
• Ensure all materals purchasing related documents to be recorded as well.
• To review allocation (quota arrangement) for every supplier.
• Execute sourcing supplier to get cost competitiveness price.
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any major, from a reputable universities
• At least 2 year(s) of working experiences in corporate services or related area.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material Management or equivalent.
