JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Male/Female Max 30 years old
• 1 year of working experience in the same field fresh graduates with min GPA 3,00 are welcome to apply
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree majoring in Law from a reputable university
• Good problem solving, communication and time management skills
• Ability to supervise legal activities.
• Honest, trustworthy & reliable
• Able to handle confrontation in calm and logical manner
• Having excellent correspondence & administration skill.
• Strong organizational & time management skills including working under pressure
Job Responsibility:
• Handling documents legality
• Handling and analyzing activities related to the company legality
• Handling contracts administration from drafting contracts and agreements to monitoring contract implementation
• Maintain external relationship with government agencies and third parties
• Able to handle litigation in court
