PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan
PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan or commonly abbreviated as PNPM-Mpd is the community-based empowerment program with main tasks to alleviate the poverty in Indonesia. The Program is the largest poverty reduction programs in the world based on community empowerment. As today, the Program was implemented in approximately 60,000 villages nationwide. PNPM-Mpd are chosen and designed by communities at district level.

  1. Koordinator Provinsi

  4. Case and Complaint Handling Specialist (Senior & Junior)
  5. Communication, Information and Education Specialist (Junior)
  6. Infrastruktur Specialist (Senior)
  7. Training Specialist (Senior)
  8. Human Resource Specialist (Senior & Junior)
  9. Management Information System (Senior & Junior)
  10. Spesialis Pertanian Prov. Papua (Senior)
  11. Micro Credit & Finance Specialist (Senior)
General Requirements
  • Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in
    • Law (A4, B4).
    • Management/Accounting (A2, A3, A5, B3, B11).
    • Informatics (A6, B9).
    • Civil Engineering (A1, B6).
    • All education discipline (A7, B1, B2, B5, B7, B8).
    • Agriculture, Farming, Aquaculture, Plantation, Village Development (B10).
  • Having relevant experience in their field for at least 12 years for Province Coordinator, at least 9 years for Deputy Coordinator, at least 7 years for Senior Specialist, and at least 5 years for Junior Specialist.
  • Have worked together in government programs directly related to community development or similar programs.
