Client Service Internship (Frontliner)

Responsibilities:
• Implement operational transactions in branches related to customer service
• Perform administration and verification of the documents the customer
• Provide the best service and handling Customer complaints in accordance with the standards as a Customer Service or Teller
• Maintain relationship with Client to remain faithful to the service of BII
• Conducting Cross Selling products throughout the Bank to the Customer

Qualification:
• Fresh graduate D3
• Having interpersonal skills, communication, attractive, and thorough
• Target oriented work and customer service
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 from a range of disciplines
