untuk beberapa posisi dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut:

1. MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Cum. PROCESS ENGINEER - Rigid Maju Bersama

Qualification:
  • Min. Diploma in MECHANICAL Engineering, ELECTRICAL Engineering, AUTOMATION Engineering, or equivalent;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Must have knowledge of PLC, Influx Electrical AC/DC;
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
  • Excellent project management with analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills;
  • MUST have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement concepts in team-oriented environment, such as Root Cause Analysis, SPC, 7-Quality Tools, and other trouble-shooting, problem-solving/continuous improvement tools;
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Risk Management would be a plus point;
  • Willing to deal with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs;
  • Willing to work in shifts if required;
  • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).

2. MAINTENANCE STAFF / TECHNICIANS - Rigid Maju Bersama

Qualification:
  • Min. High School Diploma from engineering majors (ex. Mechanical or Electrical)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably having at least 1 (one) year working experience in the related field;
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment;
  • Sound knowledge of PLC, Influx Electrical AC/DC would be a plus point;
  • Strong desire to learn new things;
  • Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment;
  • Willing to deal with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs;
  • Willing to work in shifts;
  • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).

3. PROCESS ENGINEER Cum. SAFETY ENGINEER - Rigid Maju Bersama

Qualification:
  • Min. Diploma in MECHANICAL Engineering, ELECTRICAL Engineering, MANUFACTURE (DESIGN) Engineering, SAFETY Engineering, or equivalent from reputable university;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
  • Advanced skill in Ms. Excel Spreadsheet is a MUST;
  • MUST have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement concepts in team-oriented environment, such as Root Cause Analysis, SPC, 7-Quality Tools, and other trouble-shooting, problem-solving/continuous improvement tools;
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Risk Management would be a plus point;
  • Sound knowledge in 5S, Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment Control, Environmental Aspect Impact, Fire Safety Equipment & System, PPE, etc would be an advantages;
  • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).

4. QA/QC STAFF - Rigid Maju Bersama

Qualification:
  • Min. Diploma from Engineering Majors;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Must have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement concepts in team-oriented environment, such as Root Cause Analysis, SPC, 7-Quality Tools, and other analytical problem-solving/continuous improvement tools;
  • Excellent project management with analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills;
  • MUST have knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001;
  • Willing to work in shifts;
  • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).

5. PPIC ENGINEER - Rigid Maju Bersama

Qualification:
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in INDUSTRIAL Engineering from reputable university;
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented;
  • Excellent project management with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
  • Advanced skill in Ms. Excel Spreadsheet is a MUST;
  • MUST have knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement concepts in team-oriented environment, such as Root Cause Analysis, SPC, 7-Quality Tools, and other trouble-shooting, problem-solving/continuous improvement tools;
  • Sound knowledge of Project Management Tools (such as CPM, Gantt Chart, etc.) and Project Management Software (such as Ms. Project, etc.) would be an asset;
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Risk Management would be a plus point;
  • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).

6. PRODUCTION OPERATOR - Rigid Maju Bersama

Qualification:
  • Min. High School Diploma from engineering majors (ex. Mechanical or Electrical);
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment;
  • Demonstrate initiative, problem solving skills and attention to detail with a proven focus on quality outcomes;
  • Willing and able to work a rotating, 8 – 10 hour shift;
  • Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, and noisy industrial environment;
  • Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, including wearing safety equipment;
  • Strong desire to learn new things;
  • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).

7. HR ASSISTANT Cum. GA - Rigid Maju Bersama

Qualification:
  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management (HRM)/ LAW from reputable university;
  • Must have at least 1 (one) year experience in the related field;
  • MUST have strong passion in Human Resource Management and general affair;
  • MUST have knowledge of Indonesia employment-related laws and regulations;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills;
  • Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Risk Management would be a plus point;
  • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).

8. SALES EXECUTIVES (2 – Positions, Jakarta or Semarang) - Rigid Maju Bersama

Qualification:
  • Max. 35 years old;
  • At least 2 years working experiences in sales and marketing executive
  • Experience in the plastic industry or Pharmaceutical Industry (ex: detailer) would be a plus point;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellence at building and maintaining relationships with customers;
  • Enthusiasm and understanding of our products and services;
  • Willing to travel and work in Jakarta or Semarang.
