Requirements:

At least have 2 years experience in same position in manufacturing company
Understand to do problem solving with 5 why analysis, PDCA and using statistical tools
Able to manage all production resources to meet quantity and quality target
Able to do manpower planning
Able to make production report

Assistant Engineer (QC/QA) - Pertama Precision Bintan

Requirements:

Have experience in same position at least 2 years in electronic manufacturing company
Strong analytical and organizational skill, plus excellent problem - solving ability
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment with minimum supervision
Able to handles customer complaints by conducting investigation and providing possible solutions
Have and understanding on conduction internal process audit

Senior Engineer (Training Section) - Pertama Precision Bintan

Requirements:

At least have 3 years experience in same position in manufacturing company
Able to make training program and carry out based on schedule
Coordinate all trainers to conduct training effectively and reviewing the result
Good interpersonal skill, leadership, mentoring, communication and presentations skill
Reviewing training module periodically
Able to make training summary report

Assistant Manager (Engineering) - Pertama Precision Bintan

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor Degree majoring on Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or equivalent
At least have 5 years experience in same position in manufacturing company
Able to manage all Engineers to support production to ensure goods productivities and maintain and maintain machine performance
Strong analytical and organization skill, plus excellent problem - solving ability
Expected to create new ideas in order to make continuous improvements
Good knowledge on pneumatic system
Able to use AutoCAD 2D/3D

General Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree (D3 or S1)
Fluent in English both oral and written
Familiar with MS office (Excel, word, power Point)
Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 50-S
Ability to work under pressure
willing to be placed working in Lobam / Pulau Bintan
