Perusahaan Nabati didirikan pada tahun 2002.

System Development Manager - Bandung - Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia
- Manage the team which produces and analyses all costs data for actuals, monthly forecast and annual budget.
- Challenge.
- Develop standard cost and perform analysis for new products.
- Analyze cost drivers and develop solutions for cost savings
Responsibilities:
Data Collection
- Construct data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system
- Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems
Inventory
- Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts
- Coordinate data recording of material movement (purchase & usage)
- Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues
- Update standard costs in the bill of materials
- Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
- Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close
- Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles
- Work with the materials review board to locate and dispose of obsolete inventory
Analysis
- Report on margins by product, outlet and division
- Report on periodic variances and their causes, focusing in particular on spending variances
- Analyze capital budgeting requests
- Report on break-even points by products, outlets, work centers, and factories
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting from reputable university with GPA 3.00 of 4.00.
- Having 3-5 years experience in manufacture environment, ideally from manufacture in SAP environment (Prior experience in food manucacturing or other consumer product industry is preferred).
- Strong technical and analytical skill s in accountant / financial forecasting, and reporting experience with high level database management skills,
- Computer proficiency in Windows based software application and SAP knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and well organized.
- Must have strong planning, organizing, and problem solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.

- To provice advice, guidance, and expertise on operations, policies, and financial system according to company’s objective goals.
- Challenge
- You will develop business process and policies to achieve company’s goal : to be a global player of snack a few day ahead.
- You will design and assist departments head in revising system operation procedures according to company’s growth and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree from Industrial Engineer from reputable university with GPA 3.00 of 4.00.
- Having 3-5 years experience as System Development or Audit Manager, especially from manufacture field.
- Detail oriented and well organized.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
